For areas further afield we operate a next day delivery service via a carrier firm based locally and recommend you select a Monday to Friday delivery date. We now also can send flowers via the Interflora network. Please ask for advice as to the most appropriate service for your gift.

We always charge for any delivery. This way you know that there are no hidden charges and that the price you pay for your gift, ...... is for your gift.

You may choose to collect your flowers. This can be done by booking a collection slot. Please call the workroom on 0115 9813359 to arrange this. Our workroom is open Monday - Friday 8.30 - 5.30 and Saturday 9.00-3.00. During busy periods collection slots can be limited so please arrange your collction as far in advance as possible.

Our flowers are delivered directly to the recipients address. If the recipient is not available we will at all times leave the delivery in a secure place e.g. recipient's own premises or with a neighbour. A card will be posted through the recipient’s letterbox informing them where the flowers can be located.

If the order has been wrongly addressed by the customer the flowers will be returned to the workroom. They may be redirected at an additional delivery charge.

Please ensure that you supply the recipient’s postcode and daytime contact number. This will enable us to deliver as speedily as possible.
