I am Elizabeth, owner of Flowers by Susan. I would like to tell you a little bit about the wedding floristry services we offer.

Here at Flowers by Susan we are a team of florists with extensive experience in Wedding and Event Floristry. Whether the celebration of your big day is informal and intimate or a lavish occasion we can provide a service to to match.  This may be  as simple as bouquets and button holes or you may have an elaborate commission in mind encompassing multiple venues. 

Each of our clients is an individual, we taylor every bridal commission to your individual needs and wishes with attention to detail, love and skill. We work closely with you and the venues you select, in order to make sure we bring to life all the little details of your wedding that you will remember fondly in years to come.  You may have in mind what you would like, or you may only have some loose ideas. I will personally advise you as to how we can bring these ideas together. I will give you as much or as little help in these decisions as you may need.

Based on our experience, the majority of our clients opt for designs which fall around the average costs detailed.  This is so you know that we don't and won't take advantage.

Our pricing structure is put together in order to be as cost effective for our clients as possible. I will provide you with a quote based on quailty flowers and the time involved to make your arrangements.    If you have exact requirements this will reflect on the costs.  If you are a little less rigid this will help us to keep costs down. Our cost effective wedding packages may be of interest. These are based around classic rose posys and accessories which can be taylored to your colour pallette. 

We work all over Nottingham and the East Midlands and can work further afield if you require.  If you are travelling to a service we can provide you with flowers packaged for transportation.

We recommend you contact us as soon as possible to arrange a meeting and secure your date.  Please telephone on 0115 9813359 use our contact page or  email us at orders@flowersbs.com .  Please provide us with your telephone number,  and  tell us about your wedding date, venues, and any plans already in place.

Early Booking Discount and Booking Procedure.

We are happy to give you any informal advice. We are approachable and would like to help you in any way we can

We can give you a pre-arranged telephone consultation which can give you some guide prices and ideas to help you decide if you would like to commission Flowers by Susan for your wedding floristry.

Receive a 10% discount. If you wish to reserve your date straight away we will give you a 10% discount off the cost of your flowers. This includes packages and bespoke commission. All you need to do to recieve this 10% discount is to contact us and book your date. We take a £20 reservation fee at this stage which means we will refuse any bookings which may clash with your wedding in order to give you the best possible service.  All reservation and booking fees form part of your final payment.

Meetings and Consultations.   It may take one meeting or several meetings, calls or emails to formulate and finalise a commission.  We would invite you to a meeting which is most productive when you have decided on colour schemes, table plans etc.

We can discuss your themes and the personal detailing of your wedding that makes it unique to you.  We work together to formulate your commission and will then provide a complete quotation.  You may wish to have our mood board service also. 

It is only natural that you shop around to find your florist, and that there are several factors which lead you to make your choice .  We would encourage you to come back to us during this process.
