At all times we will endeavour to reproduce your order as closely as possible as depicted on the Flowers In Nottingham website. However as flowers are a natural product there may be slight variations.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute a product (or flower) with another of equal or higher value.

In the event that we are unable to supply your order we shall notify you as soon as is reasonably possible. It is essential that we have daytime contact details for you (the customer) to enable us to do this.

Some flowers in your order may be delivered in bud to ensure longer life.

Some flowers and plants may be harmful to individuals if consumed. All our products are for display purposes only.

Prices on the Flowers by Susan website may vary from time to time due to seasonal availability.

All prices shown on the website are inclusive of vat.

Once your order has been submitted we will make every effort to deliver on the specified date. We will not be liable if we fail because circumstances beyond our control prevent this. If an inaccurate address (including postcode) is supplied by you (the customer) we will attempt to re-deliver to the correct address as soon as possible. There may be an additional charge for this to be paid by the customer.

Our normal delivery service operates Monday - Friday with delivery next or same day wherever possible. Saturday delivery is exclusive to the Nottingham area.

We do not deliver on Sundays and Bank Holidays. Orders placed on these days will be deemed as ordered on the next working day.

Orders are delivered during normal working hours. Specified delivery times are only available by telephoning the shop on 0115 9813359. This will usually incur an extra charge.

In case of incorrect personal or address details occurring which may delay processing your order, please ensure you have supplied us with the recipient's and your own daytime contact telephone number.

For deliveries to locations where a third party is involved (e.g. a business address, hotel, hospital, shop etc) the signature of any person employed or belonging to that organisation will be accepted as proof of delivery.

It is possible to amend or cancel your order 24 - 48 hours before intended delivery day. In some cases this may not be possible due to stock control. If you do wish to amend or cancel this, this can only be done by contacting Flowers In Nottingham on 0115 9813359 Mon – Fri 9:00am – 4pm

If it is discovered that any payment by credit card is fraudulent it is Flowers In Nottingham’s policy to report to the Police. Any theft or fraud will be followed up and the offenders prosecuted

We will strive to correct any fault or problem as speedily as possible. Because of the perishable nature of the product please advise us of any problems on the delivery day wherever possible.


Flowers In Nottingham will endeavour to ensure its order and delivery service operates in an efficient and fault free manner. However if any defects occur in the service we shall not be held responsible for any events, which may occur from this. This does not affect your statutory rights to the quality or description of any of the products illustrated on the Flowers In Nottingham website.

We reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions. It is your responsibility (the customer) to access the terms and conditions, including any changes which may have occurred within the time of a previous order placed.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a product from Flowers In Nottingham.

We shall only use personal data received for the intended purpose of the product delivery.
